Welcome to Know Your Neighbour: Now in its third year, Know Your Neighbour is a special Messenger campaign begun in 2009 in response to the deaths of several elderly residents in their homes during a severe heatwave. It was also in response to a Messenger pensioner survey, which found 65 per cent of Adelaide's pensioners were living alone. How well do you know the folks over the fence? Say hello, you'll be glad you did.
